I had a pleasure of attending a class with Derek through the Small Business Center, and WOW he was beyond amazing! My only “complaint” is that I wish the webinar was longer because I was so locked in and wanted even more examples! Derek made incredible use of the time, delivered so much valuable information, he answered everyone’s questions clearly and kept the session engaged with just the right touch of humor. You can tell. He truly cares about making sure everyone understands and walks away with the real knowledge. This webinar was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I would absolutely be attending more of his sessions. We are both a website and social media client. I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth (our social media manager) and Savannah (our accounts manager). Elizabeth is an absolute social media GURU. She works very hard at finding and creating content that fits our brand as well as remains fun and informative. We have dramatically increased the amount of social media followers since having Elizabeth as our social media manager. Savannah is a gem! She takes her responsibility as our account manager very seriously by regularly checking in, handling any issues that arise quickly, and being our advocate. Together they are a marketing dream-team! We personally use DesignLoud for all of our marketing needs. It helps knowing we have a dedicated team handling this for us so that we can focus 100% on patient care. They are quick to respond and handle any issues when they arise. Elizabeth is the social media GURU and Savannah is so attentive as our account manager. I can't really say enough about Derek and his team. My experience with DesignLoud was so starkly different from my experience with any other web designers or graphic artists that I have ever dealt with. They gave me exactly what I asked for and needed, and never tried to "upsell" me on things that I didn't. They cleaned up a HUGE mess that a former designer had left. They are very professional and knowledgeable but never speak over your head. The work is of the highest quality. But I guess I was most impressed with the reasonable price and the speed of the work. I have even had Derek make changes within hours. I realize this may not be possible all the time, but I know he cares about my business and about his work.
